About La Provence Vineyard Cottages

Heritage hospitality in the heart of Franschhoek.

A Living Legacy

La Provence Vineyard Cottages is more than a place to stay—it’s a 300-year-old wine estate steeped in Cape heritage. Originally granted to French Huguenot Pierre Joubert in 1688, the farm has been in the Roux family since 1917. Today, Carin and Johan van Rensburg welcome guests with the same warmth and care that’s defined the estate for generations.
