The Manor House
at La Provence Vineyard Cottages

The Manor House serves as the central reception area at La Provence Vineyard Cottages. It is the first point of contact for guests upon arrival and offers a welcoming introduction to the estate.
Breakfast is served daily on the stoep, with views of the garden and surrounding vineyards. Guests can enjoy a relaxed start to the day in a peaceful outdoor setting.
Inside the Manor House, there is a separate dining area available for private meals or group bookings. The reception area opens directly onto a landscaped garden space that is used for outdoor dining and regular braais. This area is equipped for informal gatherings and seasonal events, often hosted by the La Provence team.
Just behind and attached to the Manor House is Rosé Cottage, which offers a private retreat with its own entrance and spacious garden. It is ideal for guests seeking a bit more privacy while still being close to the main facilities.
The Manor House is part of an historic wine estate with roots dating back to the late 1600s. Originally granted to Pierre Joubert in 1688, the farm has been in the Roux family since 1917 and continues to offer heritage hospitality in the heart of Franschhoek.
